Ingredients:
Butter - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup (packed)
Corn syrup - 4 tbsp. (can also use golden syrup)
Rolled Oats - 3 cups.
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Method of Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a 7 or 8-inch baking pan – the mixture should
be about 1-inch thick
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is nice and golden.
Cut into
squares, then let them cool completely before removing from the pan.
