Broccoli and Spinach Detox Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

1. Heat olive oil, add garlic and onion, and sauté.
2. Add broccoli, spinach, and zucchini, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in vegetable broth, and add salt and pepper.
4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then blend until smooth
