Raw mango fresh coconut soup/ drink !

 Ingredients

green chilies  4 slit

oil 1 tsp +

 raw mango chopped  1/2 cup

fresh grated coconut  1/2 cup

coconut milk  1 1/2 cups

water as needed

salt to taste

mustard seeds

hing little

dry red chilies 2-3 chopped de-seeded

curry leaves 1 sprig


Method

in a pan heat little oil, remove the stem of the green chilies, slit and fry till brown, chop them roughly

In a mixer jar add raw mango, grated coconut, some water, add roasted green chilies, grind to a fine paste

add coconut milk, salt to taste and grind till smooth

pour into shot glasses

in a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add hing, chopped red chilies, curry leaves, remove from pan, add little seasoning on top of each glass, garnish with curry leaves and a red chili, serve.
