At times, expecting we're hungry or expecting more guests we do buy more snacks to eat. One such is samosa, when it is left over, though one can reheat it and eat, but it doesn't taste the same as eating fresh one. So, here's a dish that you can try using the leftover samosas !
Ingredients
left-over samosas 4-6 chopped or torn roughly
oil 1 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
jeera 1 tsp
hing little
ginger 1 tsp finely chopped
garlic 1/2 tsp finely chopped
green chilies 2-3 as per taste as samosa can be spicy, so add taking that into consideration
turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp
tomatoes 3 big finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
salt little
water 1/2 cup approximately
garam masala pdr 1/2 tsp or Kitchen King masala
Method
in a pan, heat oil and butter add jeera, once it crackles, add hing, then garlic and ginger fry for 2 minutes
add green chilies, fry for a minute, add tomatoes, salt little, cook till tomatoes are mashed well
ad turmeric pdr, coriander leaves little, water, once it boils well
add roughly chopped or torn with hand samosas, add more water if need be, mix well
let it boil for 2-3 minutes, garnish with remaining coriander leaves, serve hot with jeera rice/ pulao/roti or toasted bread
