Mawa Gond Barfi

Ingredients

Method

Heat butter in a pan, deep fry the gond and keep it aside. 
Once cool crush the gond.
Separately in another vessel, roast the mawa until brown.
Heat sugar and water in a deep bottom pan.
Cook it till the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens.
Add gond and mawa into it and mix well.
Grease a plate and pour the mawa gond mixture and spread it evenly.
Once cooled, cut it in a diamond shape and garnish it with chopped almonds.
