In a saucepan, place the milk on low
heat, add the sugar (if adding honey, do so just before serving)
turmeric powder, and ginger and heat for a minute.
Now add a pinch of pepper and mix well.
Remove from heat, using a strainer, strain the latte.
Transfer to the serving mug and add a pinch of cinnamon to garnish. Enjoy hot.
