Apple-oats bread- Gluten free, healthy, NO sugar

 Ingredients and Prep

apples 2 chop finely with skin, blend adding some water to a fine mixture

add juice of ½ lemon,  mix well

rolled oats 1 cup, blend  to a fine flour

add to the apple mixture

bananas 2  chop, mash with fork well, add to the apple mixture, mix well

add 2 eggs, beat well

cinnamon pdr ½ tsp

baking pdr 1 tbsp

salt little mix well

thick curd 1 tbsp/ sour cream

dried cranberries 50 gm, soak in hot water,  dry in paper towel

raisins 50 gm rinse with hot water,  dry on kitchen paper

press well with more towel to remove water, put the dry fruits in the mixture, mix well

grease a baking tin with olive oil over the butter paper

put the dough, tap  to remove air pockets, level top well

walnuts 40 gm chop and add the mixture, spread in top

honey 2 tbsp over  the nuts

bake @ 180 C for 35-40 minutes

Thick curd 3 tbsp add honey 1 tbsp mix well

Chop some walnuts 2 tbsp, add to the curd mixture, mix well

 Sweet sauce ready

Once slightly cool, cut into slices, enjoy with the nutty dip
