Green Peas Masala Puri

 Ingredients

 
1 cup whole wheat flour 

1/2 cup fresh green peas


1/2 tbsp ginger 

1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

3/4 tsp chili powder/ green chilies to taste


2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 

1 tbsp oil


salt to taste


oil for deep frying.


In a bowl add flour, green peas paste with ginger and green chilies, 

add coriander leaves, salt, oil, make a dough, adding water only if 

needed. 

take small portions, roll into a ball, flatten slightly, roll into small 

puris, fry in medium hot oil till puffed up. DON'T USE FLOUR TO 

ROLL PURIS

 

serve hot with any gravy of your choice, pickle, curd, salad to 

complete a meal.
