Nutty-raisins Chocolate balls

 Ingredients and Prep

In a pan add 3 tbsp cocoa pdr, 120 gm sugar, add 250 ml milk in batches, whisking well

Cook it whisking well, add 1tsp vanilla sugar

Chop 120 gm walnuts, add to the mixture, whisk well, cook till thick

Remove from fire, add 150 gm butter, mix well

In a bowl break 500 gm biscuits with your hands into small pieces

Add 100 gm raisins, mix well, add the cocoa mixture, mix well

Cover with cling wrap, allow to cool at room temperature

Chop 160 gm milk chocolate

Make a small ball of the mixture, place on a butter paper

Microwave the broken chocolate, add 20 ml oil, mix well

Dip the balls in the melted chocolate, keep on a butter paper

30 gm dark chocolate in a plastic bag, keep in a bowl, pour hot water, it will melt,

Cut a corner and drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of the prepared balls
