Ingredients
1 tbsp unsalted butter2 medium sweet onions, cut into 3/4-inch dice (about 2 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup dry red wine
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup grenadine*
Salt
The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook.
