Ingredients
In a pan add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil, add tea leaves and sliced ginger.
Stir well, bring it to a boil on low heat for 1 minute.
Once done, the decoction will change color. Strain it into the cup.
Now add honey, lemon juice and cinnamon
sticks. This is best consumed, at night before going to bed and in the
morning after waking up.
