Carrot pancake

 Ingredients and Prep

Carrot 1 big grate add

Eggs 2 mix both well

Oats pdr 1 cup

Milk 1 cup mix all well

Baking pdr  1 tbsp

Vanilla essence 1 tsp mix all well

Brush a pan with butter pour the mixture in the pan, spread it level, cover and cook for 6 minutes

You can make smaller pancakes, as it will be easier to flip and cook well on both sides. Cook in medium to low heat only, cover and cook. 

Cover and flip over, cover and cook for another 6 minutes.

Enjoy this healthy pancake with some fruits or smoothie to make a complete healthy breakfast
