Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp baking pdr
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Extra Parmesan cheese for topping
Preparations
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
Gradually stir wet ingredients into dry until a dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Divide dough into 6 portions and shape each into a ball.
Poke a hole in each ball and stretch to form bagels.
Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Allow bagels to cool slightly before serving.
