100 gm desiccated coconut spread on a butter paper spread over a large tray
In a pan add 100 gm sugar, 100 gm cornstarch, 100 gm flour, whisk well add’ 1 liter milk, food colour red, whisk well, cook stirring till thick, remove, add 50 gm butter, mix well till butter is well incorporated
Spread this mixture over the desiccated coconut spread over a butter paper on a tray
Spread chopped nuts and raisins all over the milk spread
when it is set , cut into about 2" broad strips, you can cut into half lengthwise, if you find it long.
Then roll into tight rolls.
Those who want it sweeter, you may spread some jam over the milk mixture, then spread nuts and raisins.
In case you want to serve as a dessert immediately to your guests, you can cut some seasonal fruits in small pieces and spread it before rolling.
In case you want to enjoy the rolls yourself, best to spread just nuts and raisins and enjoy your fruity-nutty rolls.
