Ingredients:
1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
5 hot green peppers, diced (you can add one red pepper if you’d like)
2-4 cloves of garlic, large
½ Tsp. cumin
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
Directions:
1. Blend the peppers and cilantro leaves in a food processor.
2. Add the oil and spices and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
3. This condiment will stay fresh for 1 month.
