Vermicelli 1 cup
suji 1 tbsp
grind these 2 to a fine powder add
curd 1 tbsp and water grind to a smooth batter add
baking soda 1/2
water 1 tsp mix well
keep aside
add salt to taste and make dosa like you do normally.
You want instant masala dosa
spread some tomato chutney/ milagai podi, sprinkle some finely chopped onion, capsicum, crumbled paneer, once bottom is well roasted fold into half or like pocket and serve !
NOTE- you may add pizza sauce and spread some sweet corn, onion, capsicum, olives, cheese, green chilies on dosa, fold and serve, Pizza dosa !
