maida/ all purpose flr. 1 cup
butter 2 tbsp
sugar substitute 2 tsp
mango crush 3 tbsp
milk 3-4 tbsp
curd 2 tbsp
baking pdr. 1 tsp
nuts & raisins as desired
strawberries to put on top
method
beat egg well along with butter & sugar substitute.
then add flour, mix well, add mango crush ( this was a real thick one, which I had), mix well, add baking pdr.
then depending on how thick the mixture is, add milk & curd to get the right consistency for the cake.
then bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or till the knife comes out clean.
ps- this wasn't too sweet, just right. As I love to eat hot home made cakes, felt like eating one today, as the mango crush was there, felt like trying it out. Glad it came out well & both hubby & self enjoyed it.
