Green raita


Green raita

Grind 3-4 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves washed & chopped rough with 2-3 green chilies are per taste.
I added 1 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 1 small tomato chopped fine & 1 small boiled potato also chopped fine.
 I mixed the ground paste with chopped vegetables, added salt & curd as needed & lime juice to taste.

Though we all make some raita or another, either just onion, or mixed, or boondi or cucumber, I thought why not try like this, as coriander leaves are called wonder leaves due to its medicinal properties, high in Vitamin C, good for kidneys, as when these leaves are boiled, strained & you drink a small cup daily on empty stomach, it is good for kidneys, as it helps to wash out the toxins from it !
