Chocolate truffle eggs


Chocolate truffle eggs
Cooking chocolate 100gm
Butter 50 gm
Icing sugar 100 gm
semi-sweet biscuit crumbs 100 gm
egg yolk 1
milk 1-2 tbsp
break plain chocolate in a large bowl, add butter & keep it over a double boiler to melt. Best keep it in the microwave for 1 minute.
Remove, stir in biscuit crumbs & egg yolk. Add milk as needed. Roll the mixture into walnut size balls. If too soft, keep it aside for few minutes, then shape like eggs. Roll in sieved icing sugar mixed with chocolate pdr. Or chocolate vermicelli & leave to harden.
