Chocolate fudge



Sugar 500 gm
Milk 6 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Chocolate 250 gm chopped

Method
Mix all the ingredients & cook on low heat till the sugar melts.
Boil for 5 minutes till the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat, dip base in coldwater & beat with wooden spoon till grainy.
Pour into 8 x 8” tin.
Cut before cold.
