Butter 100 gm
Chocolate 250 gm
Eggs 2
Sugar 225 gm
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Flour 100 gm
Walnuts 150 gm
Method
Melt butter & chocolate( this can be done in the microwave for 30-60 seconds)
Cool. Beat eggs & sugar till fluffy.
Add melted chocolate mixture & essence.
Mix in the flour & walnuts.
Pour into a greased 8” square tin.
Bake at 180 deg C for about 20 minutes
