Summer fruit salad with dill leaves & yoghurt


Ingredients
Apple 1       mango 1     water melon 300 gm      grapes 10      honey dew melon 300 gm      pear 1
Iceberg lettuce 100 gm    dill leaves chopped fine 10 gm         hung yoghurt 300 gm    olive oil 10 ml
Lime 1       rock salt t & pepper pdr to taste.

Method
1)      dice fruits & store in the fridge.
2)      Take out iceberg heart & dip in chilled water.
3)      For the dressing, the hung yoghurt should be a nice thick consistency.
4)      In a mixing bowl, add the yoghurt & whisk in oil, lime juice, salt & pepper pdr.
5)      Keep the dressing chilled.
6)      In a mixing bowl, add the diced fruits, shredded iceberg lettuce & add the dressing.
7)      Garnish with chopped dill.
8)      Serve chilled.
