Channa Chaat

Ingredients

butter  1/2 tsp
jeera  1/2 tsp
green chillies finely chopped 1
boiled and drained black channa  1/2 cup
bay leaf  1
amchur pdr.  1/2 tsp
jeera pdr.  1/2 tsp
chilli pdr.  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
coriander pdr.  1/2 tsp
lime juice 1 tsp
tomatoes 2 tbsp chopped
capsicum chopped  1 tsp
onion finely chopped  1/2 cup
toasted peanuts  1/2 cup
salt to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbsp

in a pan, melt butter, add jeera, bay leaf, fry for a minute, add green chillies, channa, amchur pdr., jeera pdr, coriander pdr., chilli pdr. mix well
remove bay leaf, add lime juice
add tomatoes, capsicum, onion, roasted peanuts, dhania, mix well
serve at once, sprinkle some chaat masala on top
