Peas paranthas

Ingredients

for stuffing
oil  2 tsp
spring onion chopped  1 cup
peas boiled and crushed  200 gm
coriander leaves finely chopped  100 gm
paneer crumbled well  50 gm
pudina chopped  1 tbsp
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp
jeera pdr.  1 tsp
haldi  1/2 tsp
salt to taste

in a pan heat oil, add the chilli-ginger-garlic paste fry well
add spring onion fry, add haldi, jeera pdr, peas, fry well on low flame for 2-3 minutes
remove, add paneer, salt, coriander leaves and pudina, mix well
cool to stuff

for paranthas
wheat dough as usual
make paranthas in the normal way, using enough stuffing in each, it may be slightly thick, so cook on medium flame till light brown on both sides using oil.
serve hot with raita and pickle
