Raw Mango curry

Ingredients: 
500 gram green mangoes
 few red chillies
one dessert spoon coriander pdr. 
1/2 tsp each cumin and turmeric, garlic, ginger
 two sliced onions
 one tbsp jaggery
salt to taste

Method:
 Grind the chillies, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger.
Fry the onions till light brown, add the ground masala. 
Next, add the mangoes and jaggery, cover with water. 
Add salt and cook till it is not too thick.
Serve with roti/ rice/ toasted bread/ idli/doasi
