Orange and Pine nut Salsa

Ingredients

oranges cleaned, peeled and cut into small segments  600 gm
red bell peppers chopped  100 gm
spring onion 2 finely chopped
jalapeno  25 gm chopped
lime juice  1 tbsp
sugar   2 tsp
cumin seeds roasted and powdered   1 tsp
salt to taste
black pepper pdr.  1 tsp or to taste
pine nuts toasted  80 gm

Method
combine all the ingredients gently in a bowl
refrigerate for 45 minutes and serve along with crisp puris or toasted bread
