Bread dahi chaat

Ingredients

curd  250 gm
salt to taste
castor sugar  2 tbsp
beat all well and keep aside

seasoning
ghee  1/2 tbsp
jeera  1 tsp
curry leaves chopped few
green chilli 1 finely chopped
heat ghee, add jeera, once it crackles, add chilli and curry leaves, fry for a minute, add to curd mixture

cut bread into round slices, toast them
place the toasted rounds in a deep dish, pour some curd mixture, then sweet chutney, chilli pdr. chaat masala, jeera pdr. serve at once.
