Banana Syrup

Ingredients

nendhran bananas/Big Kerala bananas  2
sugar  1 cup
ghee  4 tbsp
cardamom pdr.  1/2 tsp

Method
cut the banana into 4, then into small pieces
heat ghee, fry the bananas to golden brown, remove
add little water and sugar in the same pan, make thin syrup
add the fried bananas, cook till the syrup is thick
add cardamom. mix well, remove
serve with pancakes, toasted bread, plain roti

ps- those who don't get the Kerala bananas, can try with the normal green bananas, only cut the pieces thicker, as these are little soft compared to the former.
