spicy garlic chips

Ingredients

maida  100 gm
salt little
ghee 1 tbsp
adding water make a soft dough like for roti
cover and rest for 10 minutes

garlic chutney  1 tbsp
hung curd  2 tbsp
mix both well, keep aside

put 1 tsp oil on dough, roll well again, roll into thin puris, roughly 5" in circumference
apply thinly the curd-garlic mixture, then, from one end, fold 1", then fold the other way, 1" and so on, till the end, bringing both the end together, then slightly twist it
heat oil, deep fry till crisp
drain well, serve hot/ cold, this can last 2 weeks, if it is left over !
