Mango Lassi

Ingredients

yoghurt  1/2 cup
milk  1/2 cup
ripe mangoes peeled and chopped 1 cup
ice crushed  1/2 cup
cardamom pdr.  1/4 tsp
sugar to taste, depending on the sweetness of the mango and fresh curd

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 2-3 minutes till the mixture is smooth
pour into glasses, serve at once
choose a mango which doesn't have too much fibre, as then lassi won't taste good
depending on how thick you like, you can add some water to adjust while beating
to serve top with a small slice of mango, or to make the glass look decorative, drizzle some mango crush, turn the glass to get good effect, then slowly pour the lassi, so one can see the dark lines of the crush !
