Carrot halwa with custard


Ingredients

for carrot halwa
grated carrot  1/2 cup
milk  1/2 cup
sugar  2 tbsp
in a pan, add carrot, milk, cook till milk is fully absorbed, add sugar, keep stirring till dry, remove

for custard
milk  3/4 cup
sugar 1-2 tbsp
custard pdr. 1 tbsp
mix all well in a pan, then heat the pan till the custard thickens, cool
cream 2-3 tbsp

cut the corner of bread slices 2, lightly soak in little water in a plate
then roll the slices thin
put carrot halwa in one corner, then roll it tight, refrigerate in freezer for 30 minutes till set
then cut the bread into small rounds
once custard is cool, mix cream well to get a nice shine
to serve, you can spread some custard in small bowls, keep few bread rounds, then spread little custard on top, sprinkle some nuts
