Vegetable balls

Ingredients

vegetables ( peas, beans, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes ) parboiled and mashed   400 gm
egg 1 light beaten ( optional)
cooked rice  1 cup
breadcrumbs  1 cup
garlic cloves  2 minced ( optional)
chopped coriander leaves  1/2 cup
onion  2 big finely chopped
hot and sweet sauce  1 tbsp
garam masala pdr.  1 tsp
chana masala 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying
rings of onion, tomatoes, cucumber for garnishing

Method
combine vegetables, egg, rice, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger onion, sauce, spice powders and salt in a big bowl.
divide the mixture  into equal portions and roll into balls, incase those find the mixture sticky, you can roll in breadcrumbs or cornflour
heat oil in a pan/ kadai, deep fry the balls over medium flame till light brown.
serve garnish with tomato, onion, cucumber rings and any chutney/ ketchup
