Baked Vegetable puffs

Ingredients
for stuffing
oil   1 tbsp
onion  1 big finely chopped
chilli-ginger-garlic paste   1 tbsp
potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed  1 bowl
salt and chilli pdr. to taste
haldi/ turmeric pdr.  1/2 tsp
curry pdr.  1 tsp

heat oil in a pan, add onion, fry till transparent, add the paste, fry for a minute
add mashed potatoes, salt, all the other powders, mix well, fry for 2 minutes, remove, cool

for covering

maida/ all purpose flr.  1 cup
suji/ semolina  2 tbsp
ghee  1 tbsp
make dough with water as needed

mix 2 tbsp ghee with 2 tbsp maida to make a paste

Method

with the dough, make roll into thin rotis of the same size
spread a layer of the ghee paste on one roti, put another roti on it, spread a layer of the ghee mixture, repeat the process with 3 more rotis, adding ghee mixture between them
, sprinkle maida on the top roti, roll tightly, cut into 1"pieces, press each piece lightly, roll lightly into small rounds, out enough stuffing in each, seal the edges well with water
brush some melted ghee/ butter on each
bake in pre-heated oven at 160 deg. c for about 10-15 minutes or till the top is golden brown.
serve hot with chutney/ ketchup/ sauce of your choice.
