Tacos with Indian taste

Ingredients

potatoes  2 large parboiled
capsicum  1 cut into thin strips
hung curd  1 cup
chilli pdr. and salt to taste
garam masala  1/2 tsp
chana masala  1/2 tsp
kasturi methi crushed  1 tsp
ginger-garlic-chilli paste 1 tsp
oil  2 tsp

sour cream
mint leaves  1/4 cup
green chillies cut  3-4
ginger pdr.  1/2 tsp
lime juice  2 tsp
salt to taste
hung curd 1/4 cup

for tacos
maida  50 gm
atta  100 gm
corn flour 2 tbsp
salt little
kasturi methi crushed  1 tsp
mix all the ing. with water to make a soft dough
roll into roti, not too thin, poke the roits with fork all over, so they don't puff up while frying
deep fry in hot oil, while frying, once it is half cooked, fold into half, leaving space in between to put the stuffing, once it is golden, drain and keep aside

for stuffing
in a bowl add hung curd, all the masalas, mix well, add potato and capsicum pieces, let it marinate for 30 minutes
then heat oil in a pan, add the marinated ing., cook till done and dry
for sour cream- grind the ing. except curd, then mix well with it
for salad, cut cabbage, tomatoes in thin strips, add seasoning keep aside
grate cheese
to assemble, put some stuffing down, then add salad, top with sour cream and cheese
 you can microwave for 30 seconds for cheese to melt and serve at once
