Masala Oats and Chickpeas Stuffed roti with sour cream

to make sour cream
double cream  1/2 cup
salt little
1/2 lime juice, roughly 3-4 tsp
beat all well till semi-thick
keep it aside

to make stuffing
 2 tsp oil
boiled chickpeas/ channa  1/2 cup
masala oats 1 packet
onion 1 big chopped
tomatoes  2 big chopped
jeera  1 tsp
garam masala  1 tsp
water as needed
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  2 tsp
chilli pdr. 1/2 tsp

in a pan, heat oil, add jeera, once it crackles, add the paste, fry for a minute
add onion, fry till light pink, add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes
add water as per the packet to cook oats, once water boils, add oats, cook it
then add chana, salt,  garam masala, chilli pdr, cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame stirring continuously
heat a tawa, warm roti till soft, put the prepared stuffing, roll it tight
on a serving plate, keep the rolls, top with salad, then pour some sour cream
garnish with some coriander leaves
serve at once
