French Flan

for base

all purpose flour/ maida 2 cups
baking pdr.  1tsp
salt  1/2 tsp
butter  2 tbsp
milk  1/4 cup
water as needed
mix all ingredients well, then add water little by little to make a soft dough, cover and rest for 10 minutes

for filling

eggs 5-6
condensed milk  3-4 tbsp
milk  1 cup
sugar 5-6 tbsp
orange marmalade  2 tbsp
beat eggs well, add condensed milk, sugar, beat well, add milk, marmalade, beat well

knead the dough well again, roll into a big round, big enough to fit a flan dish
cover it, remove the excess dough
pour the egg mixture
bake in a preheated oven at 160 deg. C for 50 minutes till the top is set and brown
you can serve it hot with some berries or some chopped fruit
