Tamarind sweet spicy quick chutney

tamarind paste   2 tbsp 
gur  / jaggery / molasses 1 tbsp
salt to taste
chili flakes to taste
mix all well, adding little oil if need be or water, if you're going to consume at once, serve with vada, cutlet, samosa, idli and so on.
