KHOYA / MAWA FUDGE



INGREDIENTS
Sugar 100 gm
Water just to soak the sugar
Khoya 200gm

METHOD
Mix sugar and water in a heavy pan or non-stick, dissolve sugar in medium flame stirring, boil till it comes to 2 thread syrup.
Crumble khoya and add to the boiling syrup, keep stirring till it becomes brown and leaves the sides of the vessel.
Spread on a greased plate, cut when slightly cool, then keep in fridge to set.
