Chocolate-coconut bites

INGREDIENTS

condensed milk 200 ml
coconut milk  200 ml
desiccated coconut  2 cups
melted chocolate as required
nuts 2-3 tbsp chopped
cashew nut powdered 2 tbsp

METHOD

in a non-stick or heavy pan, cook condensed milk and coconut milk together along with desiccated coconut,stirring all the time till it gets quite thick, then add the cashew nut powder, mix well, cook till thick and leaves the sides of the pan. Pour into a greased mould to set pour melted chocolate to cover it full sprinkle half of the nuts on top, keep it in the fridge to set for at least for 2 hours.
Once completely set, de-mould,cut into pieces, keep on a tray, pour chocolate to coat it well, sprinkle remaining nuts on top, let it set well.
