HEALTHY VADA PAV !

INGREDIENTS
oil 2 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
ginger-garlic-green chili paste 2 tsp
curry leaves 1 tsp chopped
cabbage 3 tbsp finely chopped
beans finely chopped 3 tbsp
carrot finely chopped 3 tbsp
walnuts chopped 3 tbsp
raw banana boiled and mashed 1
sweet potato boiled and mashed 1
salt to taste
hing 1/4 tsp
paneer grated or mashed 1/2 cup 
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
for batter
besan 1/2 cup
salt and chili pdr. to taste
hing little
haldi 1/4 tsp
water to make batter
oil for shallow frying

METHOD
in a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add curry leaves, hing, paste, fry for a minute in low flame, add, the cabbage, beans, carrot, cook well adding little water and covered,
then add raw banana, sweet potato, salt, haldi, chili pdr., mix well, keep it covered on low flame for 3 minutes, remove from gas, add walnuts, paneer, coriander leaves finely chopped, mix well, let it cool.
for batter, mix besan with seasonings and water to make a medium thick batter. take small portions of the vege mixture, flatten it, dip in batter and shallow fry in a hot tawa or pan, putting little oil till golden brown on both sides. Slit pav, put green chutney on one side, garlic chutney on the other side( those who aren't garlic friendly, can use sweet chutney if you desire or any red chutney or tomato chutney), keep the hot pav and serve at once.
