PAPAD IN GRAVY

INGREDIENTS
oil 2 tsp
jeera  1 tsp
coriander seeds crished 1 tsp
green chili 1-2 as per taste
onion 1 chopped
haldi 1/4 tsp
ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
tomato 1 chopped
curd 1 cup
salt to taste
water as required
papads 8-10 depending on the size lightly soaked in water and cut into pieces just before adding
fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 1/2 tbsp

METHOD
heat oil, add jeera, coriander seeds, once it crackles, add onion and green chili, fry with wee of salt
once transparent, add the ginger-garlic paste, fry for a minute
add tomato, cook till soft
add well beaten curd, keep stirring till oil floats of you get the smell of cottage cheese cooking on low flame
and the spices, water as needed, salt and papads cut into pieces, mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes adding half of the chopped coriander leaves, once cooked, garnish with remaining dhania, serve hot with rice.
