SURPRISE CHOCOLATE BALLS

INGREDIENTS
 biscuits / cookies ( Marie and glucose) powdered  1 bowl
condensed milk little to mix the biscuit 1-2 tbsp
finely chopped nuts and tutti-fruti mixed 2 tbsp
melted dark / milk / white chocolate as needed
blanched almonds halves or cashew nut halves few

METHOD
mix the biscuits with just enough condensed milk, such that it forms a nice dough, which you can easily roll into a ball, make depression in it big enough to stuff little nut and tutti-fruti mixture, cover and roll into a ball.once all the balls are stuffed, roll in melted chocolate, keep in the fridge to set by placing a piece of nut half in the centre for at least 30 minutes or set. Your guests will be surprised to get the nuts mixture when they bite into it. So, don't tell them, let them bite and taste.

ps- to melt chocolate, it is easy to put chocolate pieces in a micro safe dish, microwave first for 1 minute, mix and then seeing how much it is melted, keep for another 30-60 seconds, as time varies according to the power and voltage in each home. If you don't have tutti-frutti, don't worry, use pieces of any dried fruits, as then it can last, you can store in the fridge, if it lasts !
