CORN-TOMATO IN GRAVY

INGREDIENTS
tomato 1 apply oil, prick around little and roast over fire, cool, peel and grind
onion 1 big with skin, apply oil, prick and roast over fire, cool ,peel and grind
sweet corn 1 cup
jeera/ cumin 1/2 tsp
sesame seeds/ white til 1 tsp4green chili-ginger paste 2 tsp
jeera pdr. 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil  1 tbsp
cream optional 1 tbsp
hing 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp

METHOD
heat oil, add jeera , once it crackles, add til, add the ginger paste, hing, fry for a minute, add onion paste, fry for 2-3 minutes, add tomato paste, cook covered over low flame for 3-4 minutes, add water, corn, rest of the spices, salt, mix well, cook covered till the veges are done. You may add some more water according to your desired consistency, check for seasoning, add coriander leaves and serve hot if desired with some cream along with rice or roti or bread
