Apple-custard crumble


milk  120 ml
custard pdr.  1 tsp ( mixed in 2 tsp of water )
castor sugar  2 tsp
butter  1 tsp
apple diced  1/2 cup mixed with cinnamon
chocolate chips
sponge cake / chocolate cake crumbled well

heat milk in a pan, once bubbles appear, pour the custard mixture, keep stirring well till it thickens
remove add sugar, mix well, add butter, mix well, keep aside to cool
mix apples, cinnamon, chocolate chips in a bowl
crumble cake well and keep in a bowl roughly 1/2-1 cup needed
to assemble, in a short glass, put apples and cho chips, then pour custard on it till 3/4 of the glass, tap it lightly, top with crumbled cake
cool for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving

Tip to prevent skin/ crust formation on top of custard is to add 1 teaspoon of butter after removing from fire, mix well.
