PROTEIN RICH BHAJIAS

INGREDIENTS

chana dal  1/2 cup
tuvar dal   1/2 cup
masoor dal  1/2 cup
moong dal  1/4 cup
urad dal  1/4 cup
green chilli-ginger-garlic-coriander chutney   2-3 tbsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves  3 tbsp
oil for frying
hing  1/4 tsp

METHOD
wash and soak the dals together for 4-5 hours, then grind with minimum water to slightly coarse paste, remove in a bowl, add the chutney, salt, coriander leaves, hing, mix well
heat oil, deep fry small bhajias till golden brown, drain well and serve hot with chutney/ ketchup.

ps- this is protein rich, as different dals, have slightly different nutrients, so when combined, we get all the nutrients together, adding coriander leaves, green chillies, give us Vitamin C, adding ginger makes it anti-inflammatory, easy for digestion along with hing, garlic has anti-cancer properties.
