DAHI/CURD CHIPS !

INGREDIENTS

oil  1 tbsp
potatoes  2 boiled, peeled and cut into thin slices
salt to taste
chilli pdr. to taste

heat oil in a tava/ griddle, spread the potato slices evenly, so they all get fried properly, adding salt and chilli pdr. OR, you can put them in a greased plate, spray cooking oil over them bake them in the oven till brown and crisp
remove and keep aside,

to serve
curd  1/2 cup
sweet chutney  2 tbsp
chilli pdr. little
coriander leaves chopped little
jeera pdr.  1/2 tsp
masala peanuts 1 tbsp
put the fried potatoes in a dish, add curd, then sweet chutney, chilli pdr, jeera pdr., coriander leaves, sprinkle masala nuts on top, serve at once.
