HEALTHY BAKARWADI

INGREDIENTS
for stuffing
ginger 1" or to taste
green chillies3-4 or to taste
coriander seeds  2 tbsp
jeera  1 tsp
coconut  1/2 cup
salt to taste
sugar 2 tsp
lime juice to taste
garam masala pdr  1/2 tsp
chilli pdr. to taste
grind all the ingredients till lime juice, add rest of the ingredients

for covering
maida 1/2 cup
atta 1 cup
ghee 2 tbsp
make dough with the above ingredients, adding enough water to a soft dough


make 2 rotis of the same size, spread the stuffing well, cover with another roti, seal the edges well
prick the rotis all over with a fork
bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for 5 min, turn over, cook for another 5 minutes or till both sides are light brown & seems cooked
