Banana Flower Sabzi

Ingredients
1 banana flower , remove the centre thick stalk from each petal, while you cut, have a vessel, in which water & buttermilk are added, so once chopped they're soaked in the water, so that they don't discolour, also by dipping your hand in the water, while removing the stalks, it will not get too sticky
Potatoes  2 cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp each of: turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder
 oil  1 tbsp
Method
Soak the chopped flowers in a deep dish filled with water
Boil this and then drain the flowers out
In a pan, take a little oil and fry the potatoes till soft, keep aside
In the same pan add ghee and garam masala, fry for a few seconds
Add the boiled flowers and the other spices
Add the potatoes and cover for a few seconds
Allow the vegetables to cook well
Before serving sprinkle some garam masala powder over it
