CAPSICUM DIP

INGREDIENTS

oil 1 tsp
onion a medium size cut into big pieces
garlic cloves 2 ( optional)
capsicum 1 cut into big pieces
dhania/coriander leaves  1/3 cup chopped
green chillies 2
ginger  1/2 tsp chopped
lime juice 2 tsp
salt to taste

in a pan, heat oil, add onion, garlic fry lightly, add capsicum, fry for 3-4 minutes, cool
add rest of the ingredients in a mixer jar along with fried ing. grind to a smooth paste, adding water if necessary.

this dip can be served with kakras, toasted bread, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, stuffed paranthas
