RAVA/SUJI VEGETABLE APPAM

INGREDIENTS

rava  250 gm
curd  50 gm
corn, beans, parboiled  3 tbsp each
tomatoes ground with green chillies- 3-4  1/2 cup
salt to taste
mix all well

seasoning
oil  2 tsp
urad dal  2 tsp
hing  1/4 tsp
heat oil, add dal, once it turns golden, switch off the gas, add hing, add to the batter

to make appams

heat a poaching pan/ appa-karai, preferably non-stick, if you don't have either, then simply pour some oil in a kadai/ pan, pour ladleful of the batter in kadai, deep fry or put ladleful in the appa-karai, add some oil, once the bottom turns golden, turn over, cook till it turns light brown
serve hot with coconut chutney
